We appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases made. For other questions regarding billing, email contact@saintstreet.live with the subject line “BILLING QUESTION.”

How will my print be shipped?

Typically all prints will be shipped in a tube.

Timing and costs

Local orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

For all orders, shipping will be calculated upon checkout.

What courier companies do you use?

Shipments will go out via SEUR, UPS, Fedex and DHL, depending on your location.

Can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming so, including tracking information.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses (including Aramex addresses).

What countries do you deliver to?

We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection. 

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

To complete your purchase, you are required to acknowledge that any customs duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
